الملخص

تناولت هذه المقالة إشكالية استراتيجيات الانطلاق الاقتصادي كآلية لتنمية الصناعة وتثمين التحول المؤسساتي نحو نموذج صناعي متطور بتبني الجزائر لإستراتيجية التنمية الصناعية للتكيف مع التحديات التي فرضها تفعيل برامج التنمية الاقتصادية وفق مسار التحول الصناعي ولإعادة تصحيح مسار القطاع الصناعي لجأت الجزائر الى تنفيذ استراتيجيات صناعية جديدة مدعمة بمجموعة من الاستثمارات العمومية و الخاصة بما يتماشى مع التحولات التي يشهدها الاقتصاد العالمي من خلال إعادة هيكلة فروع القطاع الصناعي لتحسين تغطية السوق المحلي، واقتحام الأسواق العالمية، بتطبيق تدابير تهدف إلى إزالة العوائق التي تعترض إنشاء المشاريع الصناعية وتنميتها This research addressed the problem of economic launching as a mechanism for the development of industry and the valuation of institutional transformation towards a sophisticated industrial model in view of the great challenges of industrial development in algeria to reorient the industrial sector, algeria resorted to the implementation of new industrial strategies supported by a range of public and private investments in line with the transformation of the global economy through the restructuring of the branches of the industrial sector to improve local market coverage and break into regional and international markets this means with the greatest of care by public authorities must apply measures aimed at eliminating all obstacles to the establishment of industrial projects.
