الفضاء الاِفتراضيّ فضاء سياسيّ جديد: حالة الحراك الشّعبيّ في الجزائر

الملخص
ينطلق هابرماس من فكرة أنّ السّلطة الاِتّصاليّة تُمكِّن من تكريس الإرادة الشّعبيّة، الّتي تعتبرها تصوّرا معياريّا للفضاء العموميّ، وأنّ الشّعب هو المانح الأوّل لشرعيّة الحاكم والسّلطة السّياسيّة، وأنّ هذه السّلطة الاِتّصاليّة بحاجة لفضاء عموميّ من أجل الوجود. وأمام إفلاس المجتمع السّياسيّ الجزائريّ بنخبه ومؤسّساته التّقليديّة الّتي عمّرت وهيمنت على المشهد السّياسيّ مستغلّة وسائل الإعلام العموميّة - شكّل الحراك الشّعبيّ في الجزائر - من خلال الوسائط الاِجتماعيّة وشبكات التّواصل - لحظةً لإعادة النّظر في الفعل السّياسيّ لرفع الخنق الممارَس على كلّ القوى، والتّدشين لولوج فضاء عامّ أصبح وسيلة تعبير لكلّ التّيارات الاِجتماعيّة، حيث أظهر هذا الحراك زخم وقوّة النّشاط السّياسيّ الاِفتراضيّ، مُبرِزا الحاجة إلى أدوات بديلة للتّعبير ولتداول الطّروحات السّياسيّة المختلفة، الّتي لم تجد طريقها إلى التّعبير الدّيمقراطيّ عنها في الأحزاب والمجتمع المدنيّ وعبر وسائل الإعلام التّقليديّة الّتي تنفي الاِختلاف والتّعدّد، وباتت آليّة في يد سّلطة لا تقدّم خدمة عموميّة بل تكرّس أحاديّة الفكر. Habermas proceeds from the idea that the communicative power enables the consolidation of the popular will, wich she considers conception of public space, and that the people are the first grantor of the ruler’s legitimacy and political power, and that this communicative power needs a public space in order to exist. In the face of the bankruptcy of the Algerian political society with its elites and its tradional institutions that have built and dominated the political scene, taking advantage of the public media – the popular movement in Algeria through social media and communication networks- constituted a moment to reconsider the political action to lift the suffocation practiced on all forces, and inaugurate the access to a public space that has become a means of expression for all social currents ; where this movement demonstrated the momentum and strength of hypothetical political activity, highlighting the need for alternative tools for expression and for the circulation of various political propositions, which did not find their way to democratic expression in parties and civil society and through traditional media, which denies difference and pluralism, has become a mechanism in the hands of an authority that does not provide a public service, but rather perpetuates a single-mindedness.
