أثر مؤشرات الحوكمة الرشيدة على إيرادات الجباية العادية في الجزائر-دراسة قياسية للفترة مابين 1996-2018.

الملخص
الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة، إلى البحث عن أثر مؤشرات الحوكمة الرشيدة على إيرادات الجباية العادية في الجزائر. ووصولا إلى الهدف المتوخى، تم وزن المتغيرات المستقلة المختارة كمؤشرات مؤثرة في إيرادات الجباية العادية وفق أسلوب تحليل الانحدار الخطي المتعدد للفترة الممتدة ما بين سنتي 1996 و2018. ولقد تم التوصل إلى أن تحسن مؤشر الحرية الاقتصادية ومؤشر الاستقرار السياسي بالإضافة إلى ارتفاع حجم الواردات، كلها عوامل أدت إلى ارتفاع إيرادات الجباية العادية في الجزائر. الكلمات المفتاحية: جباية عادية، مؤشرات الحوكمة، مؤشر الحرية الاقتصادية. Abstract : This study aimed to examine the effect of Governance indicators on ordinary tax revenues in Algeria, during the period 1996-2018. To achieve such goal, a statistical tool has been applied, that is linear regression analysis. The main indicators that most having an effect on such revenues are those of economic freedom, the political stability, and the volume of imports. Finally, the study concluded that the positive improvement of these factors enhanced the increase in ordinary tax revenues in Algeria. Résumé: Cette étude visait à examiner l'effet des indicateurs de gouvernance sur les recettes fiscales ordinaires en Algérie, au cours de la période 1996-2018. Pour atteindre cet objectif, un outil statistique a été appliqué, à savoir l'analyse de régression linéaire. Les principaux indicateurs qui ont le plus un effet sur ces revenus sont ceux de la liberté économique, de la stabilité politique et du volume des importations. Enfin, l'étude a conclu que l'amélioration positive de ces facteurs a favorisé l'augmentation des recettes fiscales ordinaires en Algérie.
