الاستكشافُ الفرنسيُّ لمنطقةِ أقبلي في القرن 19م كتابُ تيديكلت Le Tidikelt للويس فوانو نموذجًا

الملخص
نال تاريخ منطقة تيديكلت بتوات الكبرى اهتمام عديد الفرنسيين وغيرهم طوال القرن التاسع عشر ميلادي؛ لما للإقليم من علاقة متميزة بباقي الجوار، وما يزخر به من مؤهلات جعلته محط أنظار وأطماع المستعمر الفرنسي. هذا الأخير الذي لم يتمكن من سبر أغواره إلا مع مطلع القرن العشرين (1900م)، تجلى ذلك في بسط سيطرته على كامل حواضره؛ إذ لم يكتفِ بكتابة تقارير عمليات الإخضاع تلك، بل دونها في كتب تضمنت مختلف الملاحظات والمعلومات التي لفتت انتباه ضباطه ومكتشفيه وحظيت باهتمامهم.الضابط لويس فوانوLouis Voinot أحد الأوائل الذين كتبوا عن الإقليم وحواضره خصوصا أقبلي باعتبارها إحدى واحاته المهمة بعد عاصمته عين صالح، لذلك جاءت كتابته مستفيضة عنها. في هذه الورقة البحثية سنحاول استقراء ودراسة أهم ما جاء في كتابه المعنون بـ «le Tidikelt étude sur la géographie l’histoire, les mœurs du pays»، حول جغرافية وتاريخ وتراث بلدة أقبلي؛ وبغض النظر عن الدافع الاستعماري البحت، تعرض فوانو لتاريخ المنطقة وأحوالها بشيء من التفصيل كونه اعتمد في جمع معظمها على المشاهدة والمعاينة الميدانية وحتى المصادر المحلية،لتتحول كتاباته إلى مراجع ليس فقط للسلطة الفرنسية آنذاك لإحكام قبضتها؛ بل ولتاريخ المنطقة إلى يومنا هذا. Abstract:The history of the Tidikelt region of the Greater Touathas got attention of the French and others throughout the nineteenth century AD; for it deserves a distinguished relationship with the rest of the neighborhood, and what abounds in qualifications that drove it the focus of the attention and ambitions of the French colonizer. The beginning of the twentieth century (1900 AD). In this research paper, we will try to extrapolate and study the most important contents of his book “le Tidikeltetudesur la géographiel'histoire, les murs du pays”, about the geography and history of the town of Akabli; Regardless of the colonial impulse, not only did the French power Anne to tighten its grip; and the history of the region to this day.
