مظاهر التهديد الامني في منطقة الساحل الافريقي

الملخص
تتطرّق هذه الدراسة للوضع الأمني في منطقة الساحل، وتركّز بالأساس على أنواعه ومظاهره. الهدف هو محاولة فهم ما يحدث في المنطقة المتصلة جغرافيا مع الحدود الجنوبية للجزائر؛ وعلى هذا الأساس، فإن أهمية هذا الموضوع لا تنبع فقط من خطورة الوضع الأمني نفسه وتهديده للأفراد والدول في هذه المنطقة، وإنما، وبالأخص، لكون أنّ آثار هذا الواقع تتجاوز الحيّز الجغرافي للمنطقة إلى المدى الإقليمي وحتى العالمي. تنتهي هذه الدراسة إلى أنّ التهديد الأمني - في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي، متعدّد الأشكال والمظاهر، وأنّ أطراف هذ التهديد لا تتوانى –في كثير من الأحيان- عن التعاون والترافق فيما بينها في سبيل تحقيق أهدافها ومصالحها. This study deals with the security situation in the Sahel region, focusing mainly on its types and manifestations. The aim is to try to understand what is happening in the area geographically linked to Algeria's southern border; thus, the importance of this issue stems not only from the seriousness of the security situation itself and the threat it poses to individuals and states in this region, but, more importantly, because the effects of this reality extend beyond the geographical space of the region to the regional and even global scale. The study concludes that the security threat - in the African Sahel region - has many forms and parties, and that these parties do not hesitate - in many cases - to cooperate and collaborate with each other in order to achieve their goals and interests. .
