الملخص
تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية قضية مهمة، تتعلق بفئة خاصة من المغاربة، هاجرت إلى أرض الحجاز، واشتغلت بوظيفة تأديب الصبيان؛ فانعكس ذلك على جميع مكونات المجتمع الحجازي، وتخرج على أيديهم الأعيان والنبلاء والعلماء والصلحاء...إلخ، حيث بورك في جهودهم أخذا وعطاءً، وتأثرا وتأثيرا، وتفاعلا واندماجا، حتى عُدُّوا من العناصر الفاعلة فيه في مختلف مجالات الحياة. وتبرز أهمية وظيفة تأديب الصبيان في الحجاز، من جهة ما تقدمه من تكوين وتعليم وتربية لأجيال متعاقبة من الأطفال، كان لهم الدور البارز في مستقبل الحضارة الإسلامية، خاصة في جانب العلوم والمعارف المتنوعة، مما يؤكد القول بصحة وسلامة التعليم الابتدائي القديم. Abstract: This research paper deals with an important issue, related to a special group of Almaghariba, who migrated to the land of the Hijaz, and worked in the job of disciplining boys; This was reflected in all the components of the Hijaz society, and notables, nobles, scholars, righteous people... etc. were blessed in their efforts, giving and taking, influence and influence, interaction and integration, until they were counted among the active elements in it in various fields of life. The importance of the job of disciplining boys in the Hijaz stands out, in terms of the formation, education and upbringing it provides for successive generations of children, who had a prominent role in the future of Islamic civilization, especially in the aspect of various sciences and knowledge, which confirms the saying of the validity and safety of the old primary education.
