الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز أهم الآراء التربوية عند الإمام القابسي والمتعلّقة بالثواب والعقاب، من خلال عرضها وتحليلها ومحاولة استقصاء ممارساته في ميدان التربية والتعليم وبيان مواقفه من مسألة الثواب والعقاب. الّذي يعدّ من أهم مبادئ التربيّة الّتي اختلفت حولها الآراء. كما يحاول تكشّف الأساليب الإجرائية التأديبيّة في المؤسسات التعليميّة في عصر القابسي، تلك المستمدّة من أصول محكمة وفهم شامل لطبيعة الإنسان وعلاقتها بالكون والمجتمع، وبحث مدى ملاءمتها لما جاءت به التربيّة الحديثة، فالتصوّر الإسلامي في هذا الإطار يهتمّ بكلّ ما جدّ في عالم التربية الحديثة من كشوف قيّمة ومتميّزة، بما لا يتعارض بطبيعة الحال مع مبادئه ومنطلقاته الأصيلة النّابعة من معين الدّين وأصوله. كلمات مفتاحية: الإمام القابسي، التعليم، الثواب، العقاب. Abstract: This research aims to hilight the most important educational opinions of imam Al-qabessi,relating to reward and punishment, By presenting and analysing it and attempting to investigateits practicises in the field of education, and to indicate its positions on the issue of reward and punishment , which is one of the most important principles of education that opinions disagree about. also tries to reveal the disciplinary procedural methods in educational institutions in the era of Al-qabessi, which are derived from the origins of court principles and comprrehensive understanding of the nature of human and its relationship with the universe and society, and to examine their suitabillity to what was brought by modern education. In this contexte; islamic visualization takes care of all the valuable and distinctives statments in the world of modern edcation, in away that does not contradict, of course, with its principles and original premises that are dependent on the praticular religion and its principles.
