الملخص. : تعد السياحة البيئية أحد أهم البدائل التنموية الجديدة التي تم الترويج لها عبر القمم والإعلانات الدولية مطلع الألفية لثالثة كإعلان كيبيك بكندا 2002 الذي أصبح مرجعية أساسية لمختلف السياسات القطاعية الحكومية،منها قطاع السياحة لاختيار استراتيجية تنموية ببرامج سياحية مستدامة،قادرة على تحقيق التوازن بين الفاعلية الاقتصادية للمشاريع والحفاظ على البيئية بأبعادها الطبيعية ،الاجتماعية ،الثقافية والحضارية ، وتلبية احتياجات المجتمعات المحلية وحماية حقوق اجيالها المتعاقبة،تعالج هذه الورقة جهود السياسة الحكومية في الجزائر في تعزيز السياحة البيئة كبديل تنموي مستدام عبر التشريعات والبرامج الهادفة لاستثمار مؤهلاتها السياحية في مشاريع آمنة على البيئة ،يبقى نجاحها رهين تحديات تتطلب تكثيف مختلف القطاعات التنموية والفواعل المحلية.Ecotourism is one of the most important new development alternatives promoted through international summits and declarations at the turn of the millennium for a third such as the Quebec Declaration of Quebec2002, which has become a basic reference for various government sectoral policies tourism sector to choose a development strategy with sustainable tourism programmes, capable of balancing the economic effectiveness of enterprises and preserving the environment in its natural dimensions social, cultural and civilizational, meeting the needs of communities and protecting the rights of successive generations, This paper addresses Algeria's government policy efforts in promoting environmental tourism as a sustainable development alternative through legislation and programmes aimed at investing its tourism qualifications in environmentally safe projects Its success remains contingent upon challenges that require the intensification of various development sectors and local actors.
