النزاع الإثنو-قبلي في دارفور: ديناميكيته ومآلاته

الملخص
ملخص: تناولت هذه الدراسة النزاع الإثني والقبلي في إقليم دارفور السوداني من خلال تسليط الضوء على جذوره وأسبابه، وأطرافه وفواعله الإقليمية والدولية، وكيفية إدارته. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي ودراسة الحالة. كما تم الاعتماد على مجموعة من الاقترابات النظرية بغية تفسير أسباب النزاع والمتمثلة في المقاربة الوسائلية والإثنو-واقعية والليبرالية. وما يمكن تلخيصه حول هذه الدراسة، هو أن التساهل في حل المشاكل المجتمعية والتنموية من جهة وتسييس الاختلافات الإثنية من جهة ثانية، وضعف الدولة في بسط سيطرتها على إقليمها من جهة أخرى، ساهم في تعميق الأزمة في دارفور وتحولها لنزاع حاد ومزمن كان له تداعيات محلية ودولية خطيرة لا زالت آثارها لحد الساعة. Abstract: This study dealt with the ethnic and tribal conflict in the Sudanese region of Darfur by shedding light on its roots, causes, regional and international parties and actors, and how to manage it. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach and case study were employed. In order to explain the causes of the conflict, a group of theoretical approaches were relied on, represented in the instrumental approach, ethno-realistic, and liberal approaches. What can be summarized about this study is that the leniency in solving societal and developmental problems on the one hand, the politicization of ethnic differences on the other hand, and the weakness of the state in extending its control over its territory on the other hand, contributed to the deepening of the crisis in Darfur and its transformation into an acute and chronic conflict that had local and regional repercussions And a dangerous international still effects until the hour.
