الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور عامل التداخل الإثنو-قبلي في غياب الاستقرار على طول امتداد حدود دولتي السودان وجنوب السودان والتي تسببت في ظهور مشكلتي "الجنسية والمواطنة". وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإفرازات الخطيرة لتعقيدات التداخل الإثنو-قبلي تسببت في جملة من المشاكل والمعيقات أثرت على حياة واستقرار سكان المناطق الحدودية بكل من دولتي السودان وجنوب السودان، بالإضافة إلى انعكاسها الواضح على العلاقة بين الدولتين. Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence le rôle du problème de l’enchevêtrement ethno-tribal dans l’instabilité le long des frontières du Soudan et du Soudan du Sud, qui a provoqué l’émergence des problèmes de "nationalité et citoyenneté". L’étude a révélé que les graves répercussions des complications de l’enchevêtrement ethno-tribal ont causé un certain nombre de problèmes et d’obstacles qui ont affecté la vie et la stabilité des habitants des zones frontalières du Soudan et du Soudan du Sud, en plus de son impact clair sur les relations entre les deux pays. This study aims to highlight the role of the problem of ethno-tribal entanglement in the instability along the borders of sudan and South Sudan, which has caused the emergence of the problems of "nationality and citizenship". The study found that the serious repercussions of the complications of the ethno-tribal entanglement caused a number of problems and obstacles that affected the lives and stability of the inhabitants of the border areas of sudan and South Sudan, in addition to its clear impact on the relationship between the two countries.
