الملخص
إشكالية التسلح في ظل الصراع الإيراني الغربي والنزاع الروسي الأوكراني ملخص: يشكل التسلح إحدى القضايا الشائكة للمجتمع الدولي في الوقت الراهن، وما الصراع الإيراني الغربي الذي يمتد لعقود، و النزاع الروسي الأوكراني لدليل على ذلك، حيث أن جوهر الصراع الإيراني الغربي هو منع إيران من امتلاك أسلحة نووية، في حين أن النزاع الروسي الأوكراني هدفه توسيع حلف الناتو على حساب روسيا بحيث تجلى انقسام العالم إلى قطبين و ولد شعور بعودة الحرب الباردة من جديد وهذا من خلال التدعيم المادي والمعنوي لأوكرانيا خاصة تزويدها بالأسلحة في مواجهة روسيا. عجزت منظمة الأمم المتحدة في معالجة هاتين القضيتين أو الأزمتين، وظهر جليا الازدواجية في التعامل في القضايا الدولية بحيث لم يتخذ مجلس الأمن أو الجمعية العامة قرارات بشأن الصراع الإيراني والاحتلال الإسرائيلي في فلسطين، مقارنة بالنزاع الروسي الأوكراني. Abstract: Armament is one of the thorny issues for the international community at the present time, and what is the Iranian-Western conflict that extends for decades, and the Russian-Ukrainian conflict is evidence of that, as the essence of the Iranian-Western conflict is to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, while the Russian-Ukrainian conflict aims to expand the alliance NATO is at the expense of Russia, so that the division of the world into two poles was evident and a feeling was born of the return of the Cold War again, and this is through the material and moral support of Ukraine, especially by providing it with weapons in the face of Russia. The United Nations was unable to deal with these two issues or crises, and the duplicity in dealing with international issues was evident, as the Security Council or the General Assembly did not take decisions on the Iranian conflict and the Israeli occupation in Palestine, compared to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
