آليات الحجاج في الرّسالة الجدّيّة

الملخص
في هذه الورقة البحثية دراسة حجاجية للرّسالة الجدّيّة، فابن زيدون حاول إقناع الأمير ابن جهور أنّه بريء؛ لذا نهدف إلى دراسة آليات الحجاج الموجودة في هذه الرّسالة. وستخلص هذه الدراسة إلى أنّ الرّسالة الجدّيّة اجتمعت فيها البراعة الفنّيّة والقدرة الحجاجيّة، فقد جعل ابن زيدون رسالته خطابًا من مرسلٍ (ابن زيدون) إلى مرسلٍ إليه (الأمير ابن جوهر) لإقناعه بأنّه بريئ، فاستخدم آلياتٍ حجاجيّة متنوّعة من أهمها: مخاطبة الأمير بما يقتضيه مقامه، واستعمال أساليب التأكيد كالقسم والتكرار وأدوات التأكيد، واستعمال الجمل الشارحة والجمل التعليليّة، والحجج البلاغيّة كالتشبيه والاستعارة والخبر والإنشاء، كما استعان بالأمثلة العربيّة لإقناع الأمير. In this research paper an argumentative study of the serious epistle,where Ibn Zaydoun tried to convince Prince Ibn Jahour that he was innocent;So we aim to study the mechanisms of argumentation in this letter. This study will conclude that the serious epistle brought together artistic prowess and argumentative ability. Ibn Zaydoun made his epistle from a sender (Ibn Zaydoun) to a reciever (Prince Ibn Jowhar) to convince him that he was innocent. Therfore he uses a variety of argumentative mechanisms , such as : Addressing the Prince as required , using confirmation techniques such as swearing, repetition and confirmation tools. Besides to the use of explicit and structural sentences, rhetorical arguments like analogy, metaphor, statements and compositional phrases .He uses also some Arabic examples to convince the Emir.
