المعلم من التقليد إلى المعاصرة في ظل المستحدثات التكنولوجية The Teacher From The Traditional To The Contemporary In The Light Of The Technological Updates

الملخص

إن أقدس مهنة منذ الأزل هي مهنة التعليم،فهي الركيزة الأساسية في تقدم الأمم وتطورها وهي المصنع الأول الذي يصقل فيه الرجال علما و ثقافة وتربية من أجل قيادة الأمم وما وصلت إليه الحضارة من رقي وازدهار صنيع هذه المؤسسة التربوية. والمعلم هو أحد ركائزها المهمة فقد كانت النظرة إليه نظرة تبجيل وتقديس من الناحية الشخصية أما من ناحية الأدوار فاختلفت حسب التطور والإصلاحات التي شهدتها المنظومات التربوية في العالم، بعدما كان ناقلا للمعرفة و ملقنها للمتعلمين تغيرت النظرة إليه باعتباره مكونا ومساعدا للمتعلم على الاكتشاف وبناء تعلماته بنفسه وهذا ناتج عن التطور التكنولوجي والعلمي والثورة المعلوماتية التي يشهدها العالم الذي أضحى قرية صغيرة متشابكة الخطوط. The holiest profession has ever since been teaching because it is the main pillar for the development of science, culture, and education for the leadership of the nations. The development and growth the civilization has reached is thanks to the educational institution. In this context, the teacher is one of its fundamental bases. He used to be sacred from the personal side. As for the roles he played, they changed according to the development and reforms of the educational systems worldwide. He had been a source of knowledge that transmits it to the learners. Now, he is an assistant to the learner in the process of discovering and building his knowledge. This change is thanks to the scientific development and the technological revolution the world is witnessing because it made it a small village with connected lines.
