الفروق بين الجنسين و المستوى التعليمي في إدارة الألم و المساندة الاجتماعية لدى مرضى سرطان الدم

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى إمكانية التعرف على وجود فروق في الدعم الاجتماعي لدى مرضى سرطان الدم تعزى لمتغير الجنس و المستوى الدراسي، و كذلك إمكانية وجود فروق في إدارة الألم لدى مرضى سرطان الدم تعزى لاختلاف مستويات الدعم الاجتماعي (منخفض- متوسط- مرتفع)، وتم إجراء الدراسة على عينة من 50 مريضا من مرضى سرطان الدم بالمستشفى الجامعي بن فليس التهامي باتنة، وتم استخدام العينة العرضية، و جمعت البيانات باستعمال قائمة إدارة الألم من إعداد الطالبة ومقياس الدعم الاجتماعي المدرك ل Dahlen Zimet و Forley المترجم (1988) معتمدة في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي المقارن، ومن النتائج المتحصل عليها ما يلي: عدم وجود فروق في الدعم الاجتماعي لدى مرضى سرطان الدم تعزى لمتغير الجنس. عدم وجود فروق في الدعم الاجتماعي لدى مرضى سرطان الدم تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي. عدم وجود فروق في إدارة الألم لدى مرضى سرطان الدم تعزى لاختلاف مستويات الدعم الاجتماعي (منخفض- متوسط- مرتفع). Abstract: The current study aimed to identify differences in social support among blood cancer due to the variable of genders and educational level, as well as the possibility of differences in pain management in blood cancer due to different levels of social support (low-medium- high), The study was conducted on a sample of 50 blood cancer patients at Benflis Tohami Batna University Hospital, The accidental sample was used, the data was collected using the pain management checklist prepared by the student and the Perceived Social Support questionnaire of Dahlen Zimet and Forley Translator (1988), based on the Comparative descriptive method, the obtained results show the following: There are no differences in social support among blood cancer patients due to the gender variable. There are no differences in social support among blood cancer patients due to the variable of educational level. There are no differences in pain management in blood cancer patients due to different levels of social support (low-medium-high)patients with different levels of education in social support. No differences between the levels of social support (low - medium - high) in pain management.
