الملخص

تعتبر قضية التنمية العامة والمحلية خاصتا, من أهم القضايا التي تشغل بال علماء الاجتماع والاقتصاد والسياسة والإدارة, فالتنمية من العمليات التي يمكن عن طريقها تنسيق وتوحيد جهود الأفراد والهيئات الحكومية لتحسين الظروف الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية من خلال تضافر جهود كل فئات المجتمع ومن أهمها بروز دور المرأة في تحقيق التنمية والتي أصبحت محور اهتمام السلطات حيث تبع هذا الاهتمام انجازات كثيرة بهدف إيجاد الطرق والوسائل المثلى لإقحام المرأة في مجال التنمية وتفعيل دورها من خلال خلق المشاريع, ومن أهمها إقامة الحكومات للعديد من الهيئات والوكالات والشبكات لدعم ومرافقة المرأة،حيث تعتبر الجزائر من الدول التي سارت في هذه الخطى حيث وضعت العديد من البرامج أهمها الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير الاستثمار ANDI التي تقدم عدة مزايا أهمها التحفيزات الجبائية والتي تعتبر من العوامل التي ساهمت في دخول المرأة إلى عالم الأعمال واهتمامها بتحقيق التنمية . The issue of the general development and specially local, one of the most important issues that preoccupy the scientists and the economy, politics and administration, development of operations in which the coordination and unification of efforts of individuals and governmental bodies to improve the economic, social and cultural circumstances through joining together the efforts of all segments of society and the most important of which is the emergence of the role of women in development, which has become the focus of attention of the authorities where this was followed by the attention of many achievements with a view to finding ways and means to involve women in the area of development and activating its role through the creation of projects, the most important of which are the governments of many of the bodies, agencies and networks to support the escort of women, where considers Algeria states that marched in this pace as developed a number of programs, the most important of which is the national agency for the development of investment ANDI made several advantages, the most important of tax incentives, which is considered the The factors that contributed to the entry of women into the world of business and its interest in the achievement of development.
