التنمّر السيبراني وانعكاساته على الرابط الاجتماعي - مقاربة سوسيولوجية-

الملخص
أردنا من خلال هذا البحث كشف المتخفي من مجموع الخطاب السوسيولوجي الفهمي والنقدي في بعض الممارسات اليومية، ضمن حقل علم الاجتماع الرقمي الذي باستطاعته توضيح التحولات البنيوية التي تمرّ بها البيئة الاجتماعية للأشخاص والجماعات ضمن سياقات تميزها التحولات والتوترات المجتمعية الناتجة عن استخدام وسائل التواصل التكنولوجية الحديثة، وكيف انطبعت بأشكال وصور جديدة في طبيعة الروابط الاجتماعية. اعتمدنا على منهج تقصّي السيرة الذي يعتمد على استقراء وتتبع الفعل التنمّري عند ثلاث فواعل: المتنمّر- الضحية والشهود، لكشف دلالات الفعل وانعكاساته على الروابط الاجتماعية وكيف يهندس لقيام روابط اجتماعية من نوع خاص تنفرد به شبكات العلاقات التفاعلية الافتراضية التي فرضتها التكنولوجيا الحديثة. لرصد هذه المعطيات اعتمدنا على عينة قصدية تتشكّل من عشرة أفراد مشهود لهم عند متتبعي شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي بأفعالهم التنمّرية، ومن ثم التواصل معهم وتحليل محتوى خطاباتهم ورسائلهم. تبيّن لنا من خلال بحثنا مدى خطورة الممارسات التنمّرية السيبرانية على درجة تماسك الرابط الاجتماعي والذي يؤثر بدوره بشكل مباشر على البيئة المجتمعية. We aim through this research at revealing the hidden side of social critical discourse in some daily practices, within the field of digital sociology which could explain the structural transformations that the social environment of people and groups is going through, within contexts characterized by transformations and social tensions resulting from the use of modern technological means of communication. And how they are formulated in new forms and images that are reflected in social links. We apply the biography investigation approach, basing on extrapolating and following the bullying act with three actors: the bully, the victim and the witnesses. The aim is to determine the significations of this act and its reflections on social relation and how it interferes in engineering and establishing specific social links that differentiate the interactive digital networks relationships which are imposed by modern technology. To examine this data, we start by relying on a purposive sample consisting of ten individuals who are known to follow social networks for their bullying actions, communicating with them then analyzing the content of their speeches and messages. According to our research, we find out; to what extent cyber bullying practices are dangerous and how do they affect the degree of social relations cohesion, which in turn affects directly the social environment.
