حماية الأسرة من المحتوى الإلكتروني غير الملائم

الملخص
يعد المحتوى الإلكتروني غير الملائم أكبر تهديد للأسرة في الوقت الراهن، نظرا للميزات التي يتميز بها من خلال سهولة الوصول إليه وسرعة انتشاره، وكذا المخاطر العظيمة التي تهدد الأسرة وعلاقات أفرادها فيما بينهم، متمثلة في القطيعة وعدم تجانس أفراد الأسرة الواحدة. لذلك تسعى التشريعات إلى مجابهة هذه المخاطر من خلال وضع مجموعة من النصوص القانونية تنظيما للبيئة الإلكترونية، ومحاولة الاستعانة بالتقنية نفسها لحماية الأسرة، من خلال الاعتماد على البرمجيات والتطبيقات التي تسمح بضبط المحتوى. Abstract: Inappropiate electronic content is the greatest menace to the family and society at present time, due to the advantage that characterize it through its ease of access and its rapid spread, as well as the great risks that menaceen the family and the relationships of its members with each other, represented in estrangement and hetrogeneity of the members of the same family. Therefore, legislation aims to confort these risks by developing a set of legal texts regulating the electronic environment, and trying to use the technology to protect the family, by relying on software and applications that allow content control.
