اثر حوكمة الشركات على تبني معايير المسؤولية الاجتماعية في الشركات- دراسة ميدانية

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع المسؤولية الاجتماعية بالشركات و أهميتها و مدى التزامها بها و بالتالي مدى تطبيقها لمبادئ الحوكمة، كما سنحاول أن نبين أن ممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية من طرف الشركة يزيد من التفاعل مع المجتمع الذي تعمل فيه ، و هذا سوف يزيد من منافعها الاقتصادية و الأخلاقية مستقبلا. و عليه يمكننا طرح الإشكالية التالية: ما مدى إمكانية تطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية باعتبارها الركيزة الأساسية لحوكمة الشركات؟ أما الدراسة الميدانية فكانت عبارة عن استمارة موجهة إلى مدراء المنظمات و التي كان عددها 30 استمارة صالحة للمعالجة ببرنامج الحزم الاحصائية spss version 22 أما أهم النتائج فأكدت انه يؤثر الالتزام بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية على درجة تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة الشركات. الكلمات المفتاحية: اخلاق ؛ حوكمة الشركات؛ مسؤولية اجتماعية ؛ نظرية أصحاب المصلحة؛ ؛ المؤسسات الجزائرية. Abstract : This study aims to identify the reality of corporate social responsibility, its importance, the extent of its commitment to it, and therefore the extent to which it applies the principles of governance. We will also try to show that the practice of social responsibility by the company increases interaction with the society in which it operates, and this will increase its economic benefits and ethical future. Accordingly, we can pose the following problem: What is the extent to which social responsibility can be applied as the basic pillar of corporate governance? As for the field study, it was a questionnaire addressed to managers of organizations, which numbered 30 forms valid for processing with the statistical package spss version 22. The most important results confirmed that commitment to social responsibility affects the degree of application of corporate governance principles.
