Abstract

This scientific paper aims to describe the intellectual conceptualization of citizenship journalism as a moral practice according to Allan Stuart's thesis, Which is rooted and based on the philosophical background of the citizenship concept itself, as a legal and emotional affiliation between citizens and their state, through their political participation via the participatory media in the public debate about the city issues and the (téléagora) phenomena, away from the circulating technological meaning. As an amateur, casual and unprofessional practice, Allan Stuart’s ideas about the practice have been collected and transformed into a cognitive memento we made with him, for approaching the hypotheses based on citizenship media and politics, by mementing the Emilian Kavalski’s complexity paradigm to understand the multitasking, accelerated and hybrid citizen media paradigm for contextualizing the complexity citizenship journalism.
