الملخص
ملخص: يشير الواقع إلى إيلاء دولة قطر منذ فترة طويلة أهمية خاصة لتطوير مؤسسات التعريف بالإسلام؛ لتقديم الإسلام رسالةً وفكرًا وشريعةً وعقيدةً على المستويين المحلي والعالمي، ويأتي هذا الاهتمام المبكر استجابة لتحديات مضاعفة وغير مسبوقة تتزايد يوما بعد يوم، متآمرة على المسلمين تارة والإسلام ورسوله العظيم تارة أخرى. في هذا السياق يأتي نموذج مؤسسات التعريف بالإسلام في التصدي للإسلاموفوبيا ونشر مفاهيم الإسلام الحضاري الذي يؤسس لترسيخ قيم الحوار بديلا للصراع والتفاهم بديلا للخصومة، وتستند الدولة في ذلك على عدد من المؤسسات التي تعمل على إعلاء القيم الإنسانية العالمية التي نادي بها الإسلام منذ فجر التاريخ وهي الحرية والعدالة والتنوع وكرامة الانسان والتعايش السلمي ونبذ العنف والكراهية. وقد توافقت تلك الجهود مع طبيعة المجتمع القطري وما يتمتع به من انفتاح وتواصل مع الآخر. وتجسد هذا الوعي المبكر بأهمية التعريف بالإسلام بحوار حضاري في إنشاء ثلاثة مؤسسات هي مؤسسة الشيخ عبد الله بن زيد الثقافي التابع لوزارة الأوقاف القطرية ومؤسسة ضيوف قطر التابع لجمعية عيد الخيرية ومركز الدوحة الدولي لحوار الأديان. ولذا تحظى الجاليات غير المسلمة باهتمام بالغ من قبل هذه المراكز بهدف إيصال رسالة الإسلام السمحة للناس في عصرنا الحاضر وتخاطبهم بلغاتهم المختلفة. وهذا الدراسة في مجملها ليست إلا محاولة علمية للوقوف على واقع الجهود التي تبذل للتعريف بالإسلام والتحديات التي تواجهها واستشراف المستقبل لما هو مأمول من هذه المؤسسات. كلمات مفتاحية: التعريف بالإسلام للجاليات- دولة قطر- تحديات الواقع -آفاق المستقبل- الإسلاموفوبيا Abstract: The current situation indicates that the State of Qatar has long given special attention to the development of institutions introducing Islam, and presenting its message, thought and doctrine at both local and global levels. This early interest comes in response to multiple and unprecedented Islamophobic attitudes that are increasing day by day and directed towards both Muslims and Islam. In this context, the model of institutions introducing Islam comes in confronting Islamophobia by spreading the concepts of civilized Islam, which establishes the consolidation of the values of dialogue as an alternative to conflict and understanding as an alternative to antagonism. The state relies on a number of institutions that work to uphold the universal human values that Islam has advocated, which is freedom, justice, diversity, human dignity, peaceful coexistence, and rejection of violence and hatred. These efforts coincided with the nature of Qatari society and its openness and communication with others. This early awareness of the importance of introducing Islam through a civilized dialogue was embodied in the establishment of three institutions: the Sheikh Abdullah bin Zaid Cultural Foundation of the Qatari Ministry of Endowments, the Qatar Guests Foundation of the Eid Charity Association, and the Doha International Center for Interfaith Dialogue. Therefore, the non-Muslim communities receive great attention from these centers with the aim of conveying the tolerant message of Islam and addressing them in their different languages. This study, in its entirety, is nothing but a scientific attempt to find out the reality of the efforts being made to introduce Islam and the challenges it faces, and to foresee the future of what is hoped for from these institutions.
