دور الشرطة في حماية الأحداث الجانحين

الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر شرطة الأحداث مجالا نوعيا من مجالات العمل الشرطي، وإحدى نواحي الاهتمام الأساسية في المجالات الأمنية والاجتماعية على حد سواء؛ لما تمثله من أهمية في التكفل بفئة خاصة من فئات المجتمع، لها خصائصها البدنية والنفسية والعقلية، وتأمين حقها في رعاية اجتماعية يتحقق لها بمقتضاها الإدماج الاجتماعي السليم. فهي نسق تنظيمي(أمني اجتماعي) يقع عليه عبء الوقاية من الانحرافات السلوكية المختلفة للأحداث ومعالجتها. وفي ممارستها لوظفتيها الأساسيتين (المنع والضبط) في هذا المجال، عليها الالتزام والاستجابة لجملة من الشروط، سواء تلك التي تقرها المواثيق والتشريعات بشقيها الدولي والوطني، أو تلك التي أثبتت الدراسات والبحوث وممارسات المختصين في المجالات الأمنية والاجتماعية والنفسية نجاعتها، بالإضافة إلى تلك التي تفرضها أدبيات وقيم العمل والتعامل مع هذه الفئة الاجتماعية الهشة. كلمات مفتاحية: الشرطة؛ الأحداث؛ الأحداث الجانحون؛ شرطة الأحداث Abstract: The juvenile police is considered as a specific field in the police work, and it is one of the main concerns in the security and the social fields because it cares about a specific category in the society with specific physical, psychological and mental characteristics, and it ensures their rights of a social care which will surely grant them a full social inclusion. The juvenile police is an organization that prevents the different delinquencies of the adolescents and deals with them . during exercising its two basic functions of prevention and control, this type of police officers should respect some conditions either those approved by the national and the international agreements and legislations, or those proven to be effective by the studies , the researches , and the expierence of specialists in the security and in the social fields, and this kind of police officers should ,also, respect the the specific work ethics and values when dealing with this fragile category of the society..
