الملخص

يحظى رئيس الجمهورية في الجزائر بصلاحيات واسعة لعل أهمها هو أنه يقرر السياسة الخارجية ويوجهها، ويندرج ضمن ذلك موضوع المعاهدات الدولية التي تعتبر من أبرز مظاهر الاتفاق الدولي، حيث تحافظ العديد من الدول على أمنها بفضل المعاهدات ذات الشأن التي أبرمتها، فهي تضع مسؤولية على عاتق الدولة الطرف، بالإضافة الى انعكاس مصادقتها على قوانينها الداخلية، لذلك وجب خضوع المعاهدات لإجراءات معينة حتى تكتسب قوتها القانونية، وبالتالي فإن هذه الدراسة هي محاولة لإبراز آليات عمل السلطة المختصة بالتصديق على المعاهدات الدولية و الرقابة التي تخضع لها تلك المعاهدات. The President of the Republic enjoys certain powers in Algeria, perhaps the most important of which is that he decides policy and directs it, including the subject of international treaties, which are among the most prominent manifestations. The international agreement, where many countries maintain their security thanks to the treaties they have concluded. It places a responsibility on the State party, in addition to reflecting its ratification by the State on its internal laws, so it must be subject to certain procedures in order to gain legal force, and therefore, this study is an attempt to highlight the working mechanisms of the authority competent to ratify treaties and the oversight to which those treaties are subject.
