ملخص: تلعب النظم التعليمية دورا بارزا في التطورات التي من شأنها تسيير سبل الحياة وتغيير الأنماط التقليدية، باعتبارها أداة لبناء البشر وإعدادهم للتوافق مع معطيات المستقبل ، وتعتبر التربية هي تبني الإنسان القادر على التعامل مع معطيات وخصوصيات الألفية الثالثة، ونتيجة لذلك احتلت مسألة التطوير التربوي والإصلاح المدرسي مركز الصدارة في الفكر التربوي وضمن أولوياتهم، ولقد انصب اهتمام هؤلاء على أحداث التطوير والإصلاح للواقع التعليمي في كافة جوانبه، حيث تهتم مبادئ التربية والتعليم سواء أكانت مرحلية وأساسية للبناء والتعليم أم مرحلية عليا، تعتمد على البحث العلمي الأكاديمي، فلابد كل من يود القيام بصناعة التعليم والقيام بشؤونه أن يعرف ويدرك أهمية التعليم وأهمية التربية التعليمية ويفهم غايتها ويدرك ما مدى العلاقة بالغاية ويدرس تاريخها. Abstract: Educational systems play a prominent role in developments that will manage ways of life and change traditional patterns, as a tool for building human beings and preparing them for compatibility with the data of the future. The priority in educational thought and among their priorities, and the attention of these people focused on the development and reform of the educational reality in all its aspects, Where the principles of education are concerned, whether they are interim and basic for building and education or a higher stage, based on academic scientific research, everyone who wants to do the education industry and carry out its affairs must know and realize the importance of education and the importance of educational education and understand its purpose and realize the extent of the relationship to the goal and study its history.
