مساهمة المخابر العلمية ومراكز الأبحاث في الارتقاء بالبحث العلمي والتطور التكنولوجي

الملخص
تعتبر مراكز الأبحاث والمخابر الطريق الأمثل لإيصال المعرفة المتخصصة، من خلال ما تقدمه من إصدارات علمية وندوات متخصصة، ولِما لها من دور ريادي في توجيه عالم اليوم، كما تعدّ مراكز الأبحاث من القضايا الوطنية الهامة والحيوية ، التي تعكس اهتمام الشعوب بالعلم والمعرفة والتقدم الحضاري واستشراف آفاق المستقبل . لذلك فإن لهاته الأخيرة دورٌ بارز وفعّال في تطوير الحياة الفكرية والمعرفية، عن طريق أنشطتها الثقافية و منابرها الإعلامية المختلفة ،كما تلعب دورا في تطوير نظم التعليم والسياسات التعليمية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية، ولكي يكون لهذه المراكز البحثية والمخابر يدٌ في صناعة القرار عليها أن تحث الدول العربية وتدفعها إلى إقامة مشاريع بحثية ومخططات تنموية في كل القطاعات وخاصة القطاعات الحساسة والمهمة كقطاع التربية والتعليم والثقافة. Research centers and laboratories are considered the ideal way to deliver specialized knowledge, through their scientific publications and specialized seminars, and because of their pioneering role in guiding the world today. Research centers are also considered important and vital national, Which reflects people's interest in science, knowledge, civilizational progress, and future prospects. So; This latter has a prominent and effective role in developing intellectual and knowledge life, through its cultural activities and various media platforms, It also plays a role in developing education systems and educational, social and economic policies. In order for these research centers and laboratories to have a hand in decision-making, they must urge the Arab countries and push them to establish research projects and development plans in all sectors, especially the sensitive and important sectors such as education and culture.
