الحماية الجزائية للأرضي الفلاحية

الملخص
مع تزايد الكثافة السكانية و إرتفاع الطلب على العقارات بصفة عامة و العقارات الفلاحية بصفة خاصة، حدثت إعتداءات كثيرة و متكررة على الأراضي الفلاحية، مما جعل المشرع الجزائري يتدخل جزائيا و يقوم بوضع عدة نصوص قانونية تسعى إلى حماية الأراضي الفلاحية. إن الهدف من الحماية الجزائية للأراضي الفلاحية هو الحفاظ على النظام العام من جهة، و حماية الحقوق المكتسبة من جهة أخرى . Abstract: With the increasing population density and the high demand for real estate in general and agricultural real estate in particular, there have been many and repeated attacks on agricultural lands, which made the Algerian lawmaker intervene punitively and develop several legal texts seeking to protect agricultural lands. The aim of penal protection of agricultural lands is to preserve public order on the one hand, and to protect acquired rights on the other hand. .
