سياسة دعم أسعار المشتقات النفطية و إشكالية تحريرها في الجزائر خلال الفترة(2015-2017)

الملخص
كانت الدوافع الرئيسية لتبني الحكومة الجزائرية لسياسة دعم المشتقات النفطية دوافع اجتماعية تدخل ضمن المسؤوليات التي على الدولة القيام بها لتحقيق الاستقرار الاجتماعي، إن الدعم الحكومي لمشتقات النفط يصبُّ في منفعة الأفراد الأكثر ثراءً؛ وذلك بسبب كثرة استهلاكهم لهذه المشتقات. إن رفع الدعم عن مشتقات النفط سيقوم بخفض التكاليف ولكنه لن يقوم بتحسين مستوى معيشة الفقراء، وإذا لم يتم اتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية لتلك السياسات فإن ذلك سيؤدي إلى حدوث انخفاض في مستويات معيشة الفقراء. The main motives for the Algerian government’s adoption of the policy to support oil derivatives were social motives that fall within the responsibilities that the state must undertake to achieve social stability. Governmental support for oil derivatives is in the interest of the wealthiest individuals; This is due to the high consumption of these derivatives. Lifting subsidies on oil derivatives will reduce costs, but it will not improve the standard of living of the poor, and if no corrective measures are taken for these policies, this will lead to a decline in the living standards of the poor. Les principaux motifs de l’adoption par le gouvernement algérien de la politique de soutien aux dérivés du pétrole étaient des motifs sociaux qui relèvent des responsabilités que l’État doit assumer pour assurer la stabilité sociale. Le soutien gouvernemental aux dérivés du pétrole est dans l’intérêt des individus les plus riches; Cela est dû à la consommation élevée de ces dérivés. La suppression des subventions sur les dérivés du pétrole réduira les coûts, mais n'améliorera pas le niveau de vie des pauvres, et si aucune mesure corrective n'est prise pour ces politiques, cela entraînera une baisse du niveau de vie des pauvres.
