الملخص
انصبت جهود المختصين في مجال علم النفس الرياضي على محاولة فهم وتحليل كل المتغيرات المرتبطة بالجانب السيكولوجي للجماعة الرياضية والتي تعتبر كمجموعة من الأشخاص يتفاعلون ويتصلون حركيا في إطار معايير محددة، حيث أن دراسة الشخصية الرياضية لا تكون إلا في ضوء ديناميكية التفاعل بين متغيرات الشخصية ومتغيرات الفريق الذي ينتمي إليه. وعليه فالفريق الرياضي يعتبر كنموذج للجماعة التي ينتظم أفرادها في نمط من العلاقات الشبه مستقرة بحكم أن لكل منهم دورا منسقا داخل هذا النمط، وهذا ما يجعله نموذجا لدراسة الاتصال بين أعضائه، سواء الاتصال الاجتماعي خارج حدود الملعب آو الاتصال الحركي داخله، اذ يؤثر على مختلف الأبعاد النفسية و الاجتماعية للفريق الرياضي التي تميز المناخ النفسي و الاجتماعي للفريق الرياضي و مختلف ابعاده، لا سيما اتجاهات اللاعبين نحو فريقهم ، اتجاهات اللاعبين نحو مدربهم ، تماسك الفريق الرياضي ، الإحساس بالرضا و تقبل كل عضو لدوره في الفريق Abstract: The efforts of specialists in the field of sports psychology have focused on understanding and analyzing the variables related to the psychological aspect of the sports group, which is considered as a group of people interacting and communicating dynamically in the framework of specific criteria, because the study of sports personality is onlays done in the light of the dynamics of interaction between the personality variables and the team variables to which it belongs. Thus, the sports team is considered as a group model whose members are organized in a semi-stable relational scheme because each of them has a role to play within this scheme, and this is what makes it a model for the study of communication between its members, whether social communication outside the limits of the stadium or communication inside it, since it affects various psychosocial dimensions that characterize the psychological and social climate of the sports team, including the attitudes of the players towards their team, the attitudes of the players towards their coach, the cohesion of the sports team, the feeling of satisfaction and the acceptance of each member of his role on the team.
