الاعتماد على الذكاء الاصطناعي في أثناء جائحة كورونا وآثاره السلبية على المنظومة الأخلاقية Increased Reliance On Artificial Intelligence During The Corona Pandemic And Its Negative Effects On The Moral System

الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة الآثار السلبية على المنظومة الأخلاقية التي نجمت عن الاعتماد على الذكاء الاصطناعي في أثناء جائحة كورونا، وباستخدام المنهجين النقلي والاستقرائي في إيراد النصوص والتعريف بمفردات العنوان، والمنهج التحليلي في توضيح الحكم الشرعي للاعتماد على الذكاء الاصطناعي وتحديد آثاره السلبية على المنظومة الأخلاقية في أثناء هذه الجائحة في المجتمع المسلم. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الحكم الشرعي على الذكاء الاصطناعي أنه ليس محرمًا بالمطلق وليس مباحًا بالمطلق، إذ يعتمد تحليله أو تحريمه على مدى اتفاقه مع الأحكام والمبادئ الشرعية العامة، مع مراعاة المصالح الشرعية. وأنه يستطيع التأثير على المنظومة الأخلاقية من خلال دراسة شخصية الفرد، واستغلال اهتماماته، ونقاط ضعفه، وبالتالي التأثير على المجتمع ككل بتغيير أفكاره ومعتقداته. Abstract This study aims to examine the negative effects on the ethical system resulting from reliance on artificial intelligence during the Corona pandemic, using transport, inductive approaches to textualization, the introduction of title vocabulary, and the analytical approach in clarifying of the legitimate provision for relying on artificial intelligence, and the identification of its negative effects on the moral system during this pandemic in the Muslim community. The study found the legal ruling on artificial intelligence is that it is not absolutely forbidden and is not permissible, as its analysis or prohibition depends on the extent to which it conforms to the general provisions and principles of sharia, considering legitimate interests. It can influence an individual's moral system by examining his or her personality, exploiting his or her interests and weaknesses, and thereby influencing society by changing his or her ideas and beliefs.
