الملخص
ملخص: رغم تطور الأبحاث الخاصة بالصحة والمرض وتفرع مجالاتها إلا أن نطاق دراستها اتسع ليشمل تناول تأثير الثقافة والتاريخ الاجتماعي على تنظيم انساق الرعاية الصحية والأشكال المحددة لسمات ممارسيها، وكذا خصائصهم ، حيث شهدت السنوات الأخيرة تكريس الاهتمام المتزايد نحو الخصائص المهنية للممارس الطبي والبنية الداخلية للنسق الطبي ومسؤولية المريض والجماعات المعاونة والأنماط الجديدة لممارسة الفريق الطبي،هذا الاهتمام الذي رافقه انتشار واسع للطب الشعبي الذي لا يزال يفرض وجوده رغم تطور الطب الحديث. وانطلاقا من هنا نحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية إبراز تأثير العوامل الثقافية على أنماط الممارسات العلاجية الحديثة و التقليدية على حد سواء، مع محاولة إبراز أهمية الجوانب التنظيمية للأنساق الطبية الرسمية منها وغير الرسمية Abstrac Despite the development of research in private health, diseases and branching fields, but the scope of study is expanded to include dealing with the impact of culture and social history on the organization of patterns of forms of health care and specific attributes of practitioners, as well as their characteristics, where have seen increased attention to physician professional professionalism of the internal structure of medical liability model of the patient in recent years and groups to help new models for the exercise of the medical team, the attention that has been accompanied by widespread traditional medicine, which is still imposing its presence despite the development of modern medicine. From there, we try in this article underline the impact of cultural factors on the trends of traditional and modern healing practices both, with an attempt to highlight the importance of the organizational aspects of formal and informal medical formats.
