منهج الاستدلال عند الإمام الرجراجي من خلال كتابه مناهج التحصيل ونتائج لطائف التأويل

الملخص
يُعدُّ كتابُ مناهج التحصيل ونتائج لطائف التأويل للرجراجي من الموسوعات الأصولية والفقهية واللغوية؛ إذ استوعب في مسائله الكثير من الفوائد، والدّرر حتى أصبح مرجعاً لا يستغنى عنه في الخلاف النّازل عند المالكية. وما يميّز هذا المرجع اعتماده على الدليل في استنباط الأحكام؛ إذ لا تكاد تخلو مسألة من مسائله من الأدلّة النّقلية أو العقلية. وقد سلك منهجاً علمياً في الاستدلال على المسائل، حيث يذكر الأقوال مع إسنادها، ثم الإشارة إلى الدّليل مع التّوجيه، والتأويل، والتّعليل، والترجيح، وبيان أسباب الخلاف، فكان هذا المنهج بارزاً وملازماً له في الكتاب كلّه. Abstract: "Manahijt ettahssil wa nataij lataif ettawil's book" is considered as one of enormous fondamental, jurisprudential, and fluent book, that's because it's involved much more of benefits witch make it a reference that can't be denied by Maliki when theyare being disagreeable .what distinguished this reference is evidences witch adopted for figure the rules out ,where there is no given issues without proofs whether be maternal or mental, then he persued a scientific approach for infrencing the tasks, where he bring the speach reculated to their owners, mentioned the evidences with guidance, interpretation , justifying ,and infrencing. and he gave thedispute causes else . so he revealed a strict inference method that's involved in his book.
