الملخص

يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز دور علماء المالكيّة في الإنتاج الأصوليّ، حيث يستعرض أهمّ الأصوليّين الذين كانت لهم اليد الطّولي في تنظير الأصول، وتقعيد المسائل في مرحلة التّأسيس والتّطوّر، ومرحلة التّقليد والجمود، فتناول البحث عرض نماذج من أساطين علماء المالكيّة في الأصول خلال المرحلتين، بتقديم ترجمة موجزة عنهم، ثمّ بسط القول في مصنّفاتهم المتعدّدة، وذكر منهج كلّ واحد في تأليفه، فضلا عن بيان قيمة الكتاب المصنّف العلميّة. وقد خلصت الدّراسة إلى نتائج عديدة أهمّها أنّ للمالكيّة إسهامات معتبرة في التّأصيل والتّنظير، وإن كان المشهور عند القاصي والدّاني كتب الشّافعيّة والحنفيّة، ممّا يستدعى النّظر في هذا الكنز الدّفين واستخراج الدرر العلميّة من صدفات مصنّفاتهم. The present research aims at highlighting the role played by the Maliki scholars in the jurisprudence output. It presents the main jurisprudents who played an instrumental role in theorizing jurisprudence and setting up questions during the founding and developing period, as well as, during the imitating and stagnation period . The research deals with their methodologies and authorship ways and then it introduces models of the Maliki authorities during the two periods by presenting briefly their biographies, explaining their various literatures, referring to the authorship way of every one of them, in addition to assessing the scientific value of the literature. The most important result concluded from this study is that the Maliki contributions in founding and theorizing were considerable, even if the Chafii and the Hanbali literatures are the most famous. This fact necessitates reconsideration of the treasure trove and extraction of the scientific pearls from the literature shells.
