أدوات وتقنيات إدارة المخاطر في شركات البترول والغاز

الملخص
جاء هذا البحث لتسليط الضوء على أفضل الأدوات والتقنيات المستخدمة لإدارة المخاطر التي تتعرض لها هذا النوع من الشركات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن أهم هذه الأدوات هي التغطية التأمينية وتقنيات أخرى لتغطية المخاطر كالتنويع في مجال استثمار الأموال والفوائض المالية، والادخار القصير والطويل الأجل وفق مبدأ الموائمة بين التزاماتها وحقوقها في الحجم والمدة وكذا نشاط الإنتاج، بالإضافة إلى استخدام التوريق بالولوج إلى أسواق المشتقات. علاوة على إعداد فئات المخاطر المشتركة؛ وتحديد أحداث المخاطر؛ والتحديد الكمي لقيم الآثار والاحتمالات؛ واعتماد أنظمة تسمح بالتعقب المفصل وفي الوقت الحقيقي...الخ. فليس المهم هو البحث عن أعقد طرق وتقنيات الإدارة وإنما الأهم هو معرفة قدرتها ومدى مساهمتها في تحديد القيمة الحقيقية للمخاطر المتعرض لها بشكل مفصل ودقيق في المستقبل. وبالتالي تحديد كيفية إدارة هذه المخاطر وأي طرق يتم الاعتماد عليها في ذلك، بتفاديها أو تجنبها قبل مواجهتها، أو كيفية إدارتها في حالة تحققها ومحاولة تجاوزها حتى في حالة التعرض إلى أزمات فيما بعد. Abstract : this research is done to shed light on the best tools and techniques used to manage the risks that the type of companies are exposed to. The most important of these is the insurance coverage and also the use of other techniques to cover risks such as diversification in the field of investing funds and financial surpluses, and short and long-term savings according to the principle of matching between their obligations and equities in both size and duration as well as production, in addition to the use of securitization by accessing derivatives markets after preparing risk breakdown structure; the identification of risks event; quantifying the impacts and probabilities values; Adopting systems that lead to make more details in the real time tracking...etc. It is not important to search for the most complex methods and techniques of management, but what is more important and interesting is to know its ability and the extent of its contribution in determining the real value of the risks that they are exposed to, in a detailed and an accurate manner in the future. And therefore, determining how to manage these risks and all methods used to do so by avoiding them before facing them, or how to manage them in the case of achieving or applying them and try to overcome them even in new crises later on.
