الملخص
ملخّص: تشكّل عصابات الأحياء في السنوات الأخيرة في الجزائر العاصمة خاصّة والجزائر عامّة خطرًا كبيرًا على حياة المواطنين، أبطالها مراهقون وشباب غالبًا ما كانت الأحياء الجديدة فيها مسرحًا لشجارات ومشادّات واقتتال عناصر تلك العصابات فيما بينها بكلّ الأسلحة البيضاء كالسيوف والخناجر بمختلف أحجامها وأشكالها والآلات الحديدية الحادّة، وحتّى باستعمال بعض الأسلحة الأتوماتيكية، وعادة ما تنتهي بعمليات إجرامية خطيرة جدا قد تؤدي إلى الموت، وهذا ما دفعنا إلى محاولة لفت انتباه المسؤولين والمجتمع عمومًا من خلال دراسة الظاهرة والوقوف عليها لفهم أسرارها وأهم مسبباتها وطرق محاربتها. Abstract During the last few years,many dangerous gangs constituted of very dangerous criminels. These later are being popped up like mushrooms in both algiers the capital or elwewhere, operating mainely in many new block of flats where many of them fight against eachother using different arms such as blade, sword and even automatic guns, causing many criminal acts which might end to murder. Thus,our study aims to enveil all the secrets of this scourge as well as attŕacts the intention of the authorities about this imminent danger. Moreover, trying to find out the causes and the roots of this calamity and eventually exposes some ways to fight this horrible phenomena.
