الملخص
الأزمة هي الظرف الذي يؤثر على أداء المنظمة وعلي وجودها وأنشطتها، فمن الضروري اتخاذ الاحتياطات اللازمة وتبني نظم معلوماتية فعالة قادرة على دعم المنظمات في مواجهة الأزمات، ولن يحقق النظام المعلوماتي الجيد النتائج المرجوة ما لم يتم توظيف هذه النظم بشكل ملائم ومناسب، وقد اثبتت الدراسة أن إستراتيجية توظيف لنظم المعلومات الادارية بحسب طبيعة الازمة وابعادها ونوعية النظام المعلوماتي وجودته تحقق الفائدة القصوى من نظم المعلومات الادارية، بل وتساهم في تحقيق التميز والنجاح حسب آلية التوظيف المعتمدة لها. The crisis is the circumstance that affects the performance of the organization, its existence and its activities. It is necessary to take the necessary precautions and adopt effective information systems capable of supporting organizations in facing crises. A good information system will not achieve the desired results unless these systems are properly employed. The study proved that " The strategy of employing management information systems, "according to the nature of the crisis and its dimensions, the type and quality of the information system, achieves the maximum benefit from the management information systems, and even contributes to achieving excellence and success according to the recruitment mechanism approved for it
