الملخص

يبدو أن علاقات العمل في المؤسسة الجزائرية طرأت عليها عدة تغييرات نتيجة التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي ودخول عالم الرقمنة، لذا تم تسليط الضوء في دراستنا هاته على علاقات العمل وانعكاسات استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة عليها لما لها من دور فاعل وانعكاس قوي سواء على عنصر العمل أو علاقات العمل أو كلاهما معا، لذا تسعى أغلبية المؤسسات الجزائرية لتوفير وسائل الاتصال الفعالة لضمان تسير جيد للموارد المادية والموارد البشرية، وتحقيق التفاعل بين أفراد التنظيم، فالاتصال يعتبر جوهر العملية التنظيمية وبه يتم التعاون والانسجام، وأداء المهام بشكل واضح وسريع، ولنجاح تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في المؤسسة لابد من وجود يد عاملة مؤهلة للتعامل معها وتسطير استراتيجيات ووضع برامج تكوينية لتعميم الفائدة على جميع الموظفين، والسهر على توفر شبكة الانترنت بالمؤسسة وحتى الحواسيب وجل المعدات الضرورية للعمل لضمان تطبيق ناجح و فعال لتكنولوجيا الاتصال وانعكاس جيد على العلاقات المهنية والاجتماعية. Abstract : It seems thet the work relations in the algerian institution have undergone several changes as a result of scientific and technological development and the entry into the world of digitization , so the light in our study was highlighted to the uses of modern commounication technology and its implications for work relations. Or work relations or both toqether , so the majority algerian institutions wok to provide effective means of communication to ensure good management of material and human resources, and to achieve interaction between members of the organization.
