: يقف المقال على بيان مفهوم النوازل ابتداء، ثم التحولات التي طرأت عليه من خلال المراحل التي مر بها عبر العصور ، فتبدل الأحوال، واختلاف البيئات، وتغير الأزمان وما ينجر عنه ،أدى إلى إحداث تغيرات في المفهوم والمصطلح من خلال تحول معانيه واستعمالاته ، فمفهوم النوازل في عصر ما قد لا يتوافق مع مفهوم نشأته ،كما يمكنه العودة إلى معنى الأصل، والتنبه لهذا الأمر يعد من أهم الأسباب المعينة على فهم عناصر هذه القضية والوصول إلى نتائج مقاربة لما هي عليه في الواقع، والإعراض عنه يوقع في اللبس، كما حدث مع المعاصرين ومحاولاتهم لتعريف مصطلح النوازل، مستعينين في ذلك بالمنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي. The article starts with the statement of event concept” anawazil concept” , then deals with its transformations through the stages along ages. Both different conditions and different times and their consequences led to changes in the concept and the term through the transformation of its meaning, its uses and its understanding, as well as the location and language of the user, it may however not be compatible with the original meaning, and can return to the original meaning - as passed with us – focusing on this matter is one of the most important reasons helping in understanding the elements of this situation and to reach results similar to the ones prevailing in reality, and neglecting it lead to confusion that happened with the contemporary, about the definition of events ”enawazil”.
