الاستعمال الدولي للبلوكتشين وأثره في تطور التحويلات المالية العالمية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على إحدى التقنيات الرقمية المستعملة في التحويلات المالية الدولية ألا وهي تقنية البلوكتشين والتطرق إلى اثر استخدام هذه التقنية على تطور حجم التحويلات المالية في العالم ،وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن التحويلات المالية الدولية هي مورد ضروري لتمويل اقتصاديات الدول خاصة الدول النامية التي تعتمد في الغالب على الموارد الخارجية وعوائد العاملين في الخارج لتمويل متطلبات التنمية الاقتصادية . وقد ساعدت المبتكرات التكنولوجية كثيرا في تطور حجم التحويلات وتلبية احتياجات هذه الدول خاصة في ظل أزمة كورونا، أين اعتمدت كل دول العالم تدابير وقائية تقوم على التباعد الاجتماعي فكانت المعاملات المالية الرقمية الحل الأنسب لهذه الظروف. Abstract: This study aims to identify one of the digital technologies used in international remittances, which is the Blockchain technology, and to address the impact of the use of this technology on the development of the volume of remittances in the world. This study has concluded that international remittances are a necessary resource for financing the economies of countries, especially developing countries that mostly depend on external resources and the returns of workers abroad to finance the requirements of economic development. Technological innovations have helped in the development of the volume of these transfers and meeting the needs of these countries, especially in the Corona crisis, where all countries of the world adopted preventive measures based on social distancing, so digital financial transactions were the most appropriate solution for these circumstances.
