الملخص
ملخص: عرفت الجزائر عبر مراحل تاريخها البعض من فترات عدم الاستقرار و التي كانت لها العديد من الانعكاسات السلبية على أفراد المجتمع في مختلف مجالات الحياة، وهو ما دفع بالبعض منهم إلى اتخاذ قرار الهجرة كرد فعل على الظروف غير المناسبة التي ولدتها هذه الأزمات و لعل من أبرز فترات الأزمات التي مرت بها الجزائر هي تلك التي بدأت في أواخر ثمانينات القرن الماضي (أزمة أكتوبر 1988) والتي أدت تبعاتها فيما بعد إلى دخول الجزائر في أزمة سياسية وأمنية استمرت لما يقارب عشرية من الزمن(العشرية السوداء).تهدف هذه المحاولة البحثية إلى دراسة العلاقة بين الأزمات السياسية و تطور ظاهرة الهجرة . Abstract: Throughout its history, Algeria has known periods of instability that had many negative effects on members of society in various areas of life. This is what prompted some of them to take the decision to migrate as a response to the unsuitable conditions created by these crises.one of the most prominent periods of crises that Algeria experienced is the one that began in the late eighties of the last century (the October crisis of 1988) and whose consequences later led to Algeria’s entry into a political and security crisis that lasted for nearly a decade (the black decade). This study aims to reveal The relationship between the political crisis that Algeria experienced from 1988 to 1999 and the increase in migration rate.
