Abstract
Abstract: The study sought to: Answer the problematic Issue: To what extent has the modernization and development of the role of political parties had an effect on achieving the developmental security of the state? With the aim of strengthening the role of political parties; This was done through three axes, the first: the political ecology for the development of political parties, and the second: the developmental and security perspective of the role of political parties, and the third: the strategic approach to the role of political parties, and the study reached the following results: that the concept of modernization of the role of political parties is linked to dimensions and standards which more embodying the security development, and the strengthening of the role of political parties is done through a reassessment of party thought, The study recommended the development of innovative mechanisms and strategies for the process of developing and modernizing the roles of parties through a set of clear and detailed programs that are compatible with the real economic and social needs of society. سعت الدراسة إلى: الاجابة على الاشكالية التى مفادها: إلى أى مدى كان لتحديث وتطوير دور الأحزاب السياسية أثره على تحقيق الأمن التنموى للدولة؟ بهدف تعزيز دور الأحزاب السياسية؛ من خلال إعادة تقييم الفكر الحزبى، وتطبيق نظرية الايكولوجيا السياسية لتطوير الأحزاب فى مواجهة التحديات التى تواجه تحقيق الأمن التنموى للدولة؛ وتم ذلك من خلال ثلاثة محاور، الأول: الإيكولوجية السياسية لتطوير الأحزاب السياسية، والثانى: المنظور التنموى والأمنى لدور الأحزاب السياسية، والثالث: المقاربة الاستراتيجية لدور الأحزاب السياسية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن مفهوم التحديث لدور الأحزاب السياسية يرتبط بأبعاد ومعايير أكثر تجسيدا للأمن التنموى، وأن تعزيز دور الأحزاب السياسية يتم من خلال إعادة تقييم الفكر الحزبى، وتطبيق نظرية الايكولوجيا السياسية لتطوير الأحزاب فى مواجهة التحديات التى تواجه تحقيق الأمن التنموى للدولة، ووجود علاقة أرتباطية بين الأمن والتنمية، وأوصت الدراسة بوضع الآليات والاستراتيجيات المبتكرة لعملية التطوير والتحديث لأدوار الأحزاب من خلال مجموعة من البرامج الواضحة والمفصلة لتتوافق مع حاجات المجتمع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية الحقيقية.
