الملخص
الملخص: تعتبر فترة الحكم العثماني للجزائر من ابرز الفترات التاريخية، لم يقصر دورهم في تحرير سواحل ايالة الجزائر من التواجد الاسباني، وإنهاء وجودهم بعد سقوط أخر قلعهم في وهران 1792م، بل العمل على تأسيس الدولة الجزائرية الحديثة ومؤسساتها منذ فترة حكم البليربايات، خاصة مع أيام حسن باشا الذي يعد أول من وضع الأسس والنظم السياسية والعسكرية لهذه الدولة الحديثة، وتوسيع حدودها وتعين العاصمة. وعرفت التنظيمات السياسية والعسكربة والدينية على مستوى دار السلطان، والقوى المؤثرة فيها، تطورات وتحسينات طيلة الوجود العثماني بالجزائر 1520-1830م، والذي استطاعوا من خلالها حكام ايالة الجزائر من وإخضاع السكان والبلاد لحكمهم، بعد القضاء على حركات التمرد والعصيان، وتوسيع نفوذ سلطتهم حتى المناطق الصحراوية. Abstract : The period of Ottoman rule in Algeria is considered one of the most significant historical periods. Their role was not limited to freeing the coasts of the province of Algeria from the Spanish presence and ending their presence after the fall of their last fortress in Oran in 1792g. They have rather worked to establish the modern Algerian state and its institutions since the period of the reign of the bilirbayas, in particular during the time of Hassan Pasha. Who is the first to lay the foundations and political and military systems of this modern state, expand its borders and designate the capital, which has developed throughout their presence in Algeria. The political, militaristic and religious organizations at the level of the House of the Sultan, and the forces which affect it, underwent evolutions and improvements throughout the Ottoman presence in Algeria 1520-1830 g, through which the rulers of the province of Algeria were able to submit the population and the country to their domination, after having eliminated the movements of rebellion and disobedience, and extended the influence of their authority to the desert areas.
