الملخص
الماء عنصر أساسي في الحياة قامت عليه كل الحضارات والمدن والامصار التاريخية منذ القدم ولهذا عمل الانسان على تنظيمه وتسييره بطريقة محكمة ومدروسة وفق نظم وقوانين منبثقة من بيئة وطريقة معيشة السكان حتى يستطيع كل فرد من أفراد المجتمع الحصول على الكمية الخاصة به ومنطقة جبال القصور عامة وعين الصفراء خاصة لها طريقتها الخاصة بها في توزيع المياه عبر كل القصور التابعة لها بحكم تواجد مجموعة من القصور المعروفة بالمنطقة والتي تتواجد بها عدة واحات للنخيل ومنابع متعددة للمياه من عيون وآبار ومجاري مائية هذا ما أدى إلى اتباع خطة منظمة ومدروسة في تنظيم وتوزيع المياه عير القصور حتى يستفيد كل شخص من حصص المياه التي يحتاجها في السقي حسب الماحة الزراعية التي يمتلكها. Water is an essential element to life on which all civilizations, cities and historical cities have been based since Antiquity. This is why man has tried to organize and manage it in a controlled way. and studied according to systems and laws emanating from the environment and the way of life of the people so that each member of the community can obtain his own quantity The area of Al-Qusour mountains in general and Ain Al-Safra in particular has its own way of distributing water through all its palaces due to the presence of a group of well-known palaces in the area , in which there are several oases of palm trees and multiple sources of water from springs, wells and streams This has led to the adoption of an organized and thoughtful plan for the organization and distribution of water from the palaces so that everyone can benefit from the water quotas they need for irrigation according to of the agricultural area he owns.
