التعريب في المغرب والمشرق العربيّيْن

الملخص
إنّ مسألة التَّعريب بيـن الـمشرق والـمغرب العربـيَّـيـن استـرعت كثـيـرًا من الاهتمام من قِبل الـمهتمِّـيـن بشأن اللُّغة العربيَّة. ومِن بين هؤلاء الـمستعرِب والـمتخصِّص فـي علم الإناسة جيلبـر غرانغيوم Gilbert Grandguillaume الّذي تناول التَّعريب فـي بلدان الـمغرب العربـيّ فـي أقطاره الثَّلاثة: تونس والـجزائر والـمغرب. وقد تناول خصوصيَّة تـجربة التَّعريب فـي الـمغرب العربـيّ، بوجه لافت فـي الـجزائر الّتي تـختلف عن مثيلاتـها فـي تونس والـمغرب وفـي الـمشرق العربي. إنّ الاستدمار الفرنسيّ، الّذي كان ينوي الاستيطان فـي الـجزائر من خلال مشروعه فيها عميقًا يسعى إلـى اقتلاع ما وجده من مشروع مـجتمعيّ فوق هذه الأرض الطَّـيِّـبـة. كما أنّ التّعاون بيـن الـمشرق والـمغرب العربـيّ شَابَــتْــهُ عيوب – حسب الـمؤلِّف – الّذي استنتج أنّ التَّعريب فـي الـمشرق العربـيّ مـختلف عن مثيله فـي الـمغرب العربـيّ، بوجه خاصّ فـي قضيَّة البيداغوجيا الّتي قدَّر الـكاتب أنَّـها تَـتَـسِـمُ بالتَّقليديَّة مقارنة بـالبيداغوجيا فـي الـمغرب العربـيّ حيث يرى أنَّـها أكـثـر تطوُّرًا لارتباطها باللُّغة الفرنسيَّة. ليخلُص الكاتب فـي الأخـيـر إلـى أنّ التَّعريب فـي الـمشرق قضيَّة تقـنيَّة لا غيـر، أمَّا فـي الـمغرب العربـيّ وبالخصوص فـي الـجزائر فإنَّه قضيَّة هُوِيَّة وبـحث عن تأصيل للذَّات فـي إطار مشروع التَّعريب. The question of Arabization between the Levant and the Arab Maghreb has attracted much attention from those interested in the Arabic language. Among them is the Arabist and specialist in anthropology Gilbert Grandguillaume, who addressed the Arabization in the three countries of the Maghreb: Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco. He addressed the specificity of the Arabization experience in the Maghreb, particularly in Algeria, which is different from those of Tunisia, Morocco and the Levant. The French colonization, aimed at settling permanently in Algeria, sought to uproot the community project it found on this Algerian land. As for the cooperation between the Mashreq and the Maghreb, it suffered from imperfections, according to the author, who concluded that Arabization in the Arab Mashreq was different from that of the Arab Maghreb, particularly in the educational component, and that the author considered it more traditional than the Maghreb pedagogy, which was practiced in French. Finally, the author concludes that Arabization in the Mashreq is a technical problem, whereas in the Arab Maghreb, particularly in Algeria, it is a problem of identity and a quest for authenticity in the context of the Arabization project.
