الملخص
It adopts many governments to provide public services through its various organs in partnership with the private sector, in order to take advantage of the private sector methods and experiences of successful service delivery and implementation of projects efficiently and effectively, from here highlights the major importance attached to the partnership between the public and private sectors in the provision of services. Based on this, the paper aims to reveal the nature of the mechanisms that enable activation of partnership between the public sector and the private sector.
