الملخص

يعتبر التعليم الإلكتروني من أهم الآليات الحديثة التي تساهم في مواكبة التطور العلمي الحاصل على الصعيد الدولي ، و للتعليم الإلكتروني أهمية بالغة تبرز في أنه يهدف لتحسين نوعية التدريس مع إمكانية تحديث معلومات وبيانات من المقرر الدراسي،وذلك لضمان تحقيق نتائج ايجابية للطلاب ،ولكن على الرغم من المزايا التي يقدمها التعليم الإلكتروني إلا أن الاستخدام غير المخطط له ، و ضعف الإمكانيات التي يمكن أن تتوفر عليها الدول يحول دون الاعتماد على التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعات والمدارس بصفة رسمية. يهدف البحث إلى التعريف بالتعليم الإلكتروني،و أدواته، وأهميته، وأهدافه، ومعيقاته، وتجارب بعض الدول في هذا المضمار.وتكمن أهمية البحث في تقديم لمحة عن التعليم الإلكتروني الذي تتجه كل الأنظار صوبه من أجل الاعتماد عليه رسميا في الجامعات كمحاولة لترقية أدوات التعليم كون عصر المعلومات لم يعد يستوعب أدوات التعليم التقليدي ،ولضمان تحقيق نتائج ايجابية فالعبرة دائما بالخواتيم. E-learning is one of the most important modern mechanisms that contribute to keeping pace with the scientific development taking place at the international level, and e-learning is of great importance that stands out in that it aims to improve the quality of teaching with the possibility of updating information and data from the course, in order to ensure the achievement of positive results for students, but despite the advantages offered by e-learning, the unplanned use, and the weak possibilities that countries can have prevent dependence on e-learning in the Universities and schools in an official capacity. The research aims to introduce e-learning, its tools, importance, objectives, obstacles, and the experiences of some countries in this field.The importance of the research lies in providing a glimpse of e-learning, which all eyes are on in order to rely on it officially in universities as an attempt to upgrade the tools of education because the information age no longer absorbs the tools of traditional education, and to ensure the achievement of positive results, the lesson is always in conclusions.
