الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس الدافعية الداخلية وفق نموذج رولاند فيو لدى طلبة الماستر بالجامعة الجزائرية

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس الدافعية الداخلية وفق نموذج رولاند فيو لدى طلبة الماستر بالجامعة الجزائرية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف طُبق المقياس على عينة قوامها 135 طالبا من الجنسين من طلبة الماستر بجامعة عبد الحميد بن باديس – مستغانم، خلال الموسم الجامعي 2019-2020، استخدم الباحثين عدة طرق لتقدير صدق المقياس المؤشرات: صدق المحكمين (نسبة الاتفاق ومعامل لاوشي)، الاتساق الداخلي للأداة، تقدير الصدق بالمقارنة الطرفية، ولحساب معاملات ثبات المقياس المؤشرات: معادلة الفا لكرونباخ، التجزئة النصفية، وقد استعان الباحثين في تحليل النتائج والقيام بالعمليات الإحصائية على الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss)، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن بناء مقياس الدافعية الداخلية تم وفق المنهجية العلمية للنموذج النظري والخلفية النظرية المتبناة في الدراسة الحالية، حيث أثبتت النتائج تمتع عباراته بمؤشرات الصدق والثبات بدرجة عالية وملائمة تؤكد مدى صلاحيتها للتطبيق على عينة الدراسة الأساسية بكل اطمئنان. Abstract: The current research aims to verify the psychometric properties of intrinsic motivation scale according to Rolland Viau model's, among master's students at the University of Algeria, In order to achieve the goals of the current study, this scale applied to a sample of 135 students that includes the sex of males and females students at a University of Abdelhamid Ibn Badis Mostaganem, During the 2019-2020 university season, the researchers used several methods to estimate reliability and validity including :( Lawshe's content validity ratio, internal consistency coefficients, discriminative validity, Cronbach’s alpha, Split-Half), we used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program to analyze the results the (Spss. Version 20), the results of this study showed that the construction of the intrinsic motivation scale was carried out according to the scientific methodology of the theoretical model and the theoretical background adopted in the current study, where the results proved that its statements enjoyed indicators of validity and reliability to a high degree and appropriate confirm their suitability to apply to the basic study sample with confidence.
