اباضية المغرب وخلافهم في الولاية والبراءة والامامة "قراءة تاريخية من المصادر الاباضية (ق2-3ه/8-9م)".

الملخص
يعتبر الفكر الإباضي من أهم التيارات الفكرية والمذهبية التي وفدت بلاد المغرب الإسلامي مع نهاية :(ق1هـ/ ق 7م) وبدايات (ق2هـ/ ق 8 م)، والذي تركز واستقر في المغرب الأوسط( الجزائر حاليا) بوجه الخصوص إلى يومنا هذا، وقد شهد اباضية المغرب فتن وصراعات فكرية كانت تخف وتزيد بحسب الظروف السياسية والأحوال التاريخية، وتبلورت لتصبح خلاف نظري كثر فيه الجدل والكلام، وقد نقلت لنا كتب السيّر والطبقات والتراجم والتاريخ العام نماذج من هذه الخلافات الفكرية الفقهية والعقدية كمسألة الإمامة والولاية والبراءة، لهذا اخترنا هذا الموضوع في هذه الورقة البحثية لتسليط الضوء على ما يتعلق ببعض آرائهم الفكرية العقدية(الامامة والولاية والبراءة)، لأنها من ابرز المباحث التي اختلف فيها المذهب الإباضي بالمغرب عن غيرة من المذاهب. Ibadithought (sect) isconsidered one of the most important intellectual and sectariancurrents (=movements) that came to the Islamic Maghreb at the end of the first century AH and the beginning of the second century AH. Whichconcentrated and settled in Central Maghreb (present-dayAlgeria) in particular, to thisday. The Ibadis of Moroccowitnessedstrife and intellectualconflictsthatwere fading and increasingaccording to the political and historical conditions, and theycrystallizedintoatheoretical dispute in whichtherewas a lot of controversy and arguments. Biographies, classes, translations, and generalhistory have conveyed to us examples of the forms of theseintellectual, jurisprudential and doctrinal disputes, such as the issue of imamate, guardianship, and innocence. That iswhy I chose thistopic in thisresearchpaper to shed light on whatisrelated to some of their doctrinal intellectualviewsbecausethey are among the mostprominent investigations in which the Ibadisect in Moroccodifferedfromothersects.
