الملخص

تعدّ " مخالفة مقتضى الظّاهر " من سُنَن العرب في كلامها ، و ضربًا من ضروب العدول الّتي خرقت النّسق الاعتياديّ للّغة ، عمدَ إليها المتكلّم تفسّحًا وأُنسًا واختيارًا . ونحنُ في هذا المقال نسعى إلى تحديد بعض مسوّغات هذه المخالفة ، والمتمثّلة في التّخفيف و أمن اللّبس من خلال الوقوف على أشهر صور هذا الأسلوب التّعبيري ، محاولين الإجابة عن الإشكاليّة التّالية : - ما علاقة التّخفيف وأمن اللّبس بمخالفة مقتضى الظّاهر ؟ وفيمَ يتمثّل أثرهما ؟ و قد توصّلنا لجملةٍ من النّتائج ، لعلّ أهمّها : أنّ للتّخفيف وأمن اللّبس علاقةٌ وطيدةٌ بهذا الأسلوب، و بعدم مراعاتهما لا فائدة تُجْنَى منه ، ولا تتحققّ الغاية المرجوّةُ من الكلام وهي : التّواصل بين طرفي الخطاب . : Abstract Opposing the required from the apparent is one of ecart’s types. This type broke the regular patter of the Arabic language, is one of the Arabs’ habits in speaking that the speaker tends to use it selectively with a beauty. In this article, we seek to identify some of justifications for this contravention of alleviate and securing ambiguity through standing on the most forms of this expressive style. then we try to answer the :following problematic what is the relationship between securing ambiguity and alleviation according to opposing the required from the apparent? and what is their * ?effect we have deduced a set of results perhaps the most important one is that the securing ambiguity and have a strong relationship with this style, and without paying attention to it, there is no benefit from it, and the desired purpose of speech which is communication between the two . sides of speech no be achieved
