الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر التقدم الكبير الحاصل في تكنولوجيا الإلكترونيات والاتصالات من العوامل التي ساعدت على انتشار التجارة الدولية الإلكترونية، ومع تزايد حجم النزاعات الناتجة عنها، ظهر التحكيم الإلكتروني كآلية حديثة ذو خصائص تتمشى مع طبيعة هذه النزاعات؛ تتمثل في السرعة والسرية وقلة التكاليف، ونشأت هيئات تشرف عليه، كما تجلت فعالية التحكيم الإلكتروني في إلزامية أحكامه وقرارته؛ بتعدد وسائل تنفيذها لاسيما منها آليات التنفيذ الذاتي لقرارات التحكيم الإلكتروني. Abstract: The great progress in electronic and communication technology is one of the factors that helped the spread of international electronic commerce, and with the increase in the volume of disputes due to it, electronic arbitration appeared as a modern mechanism with characteristics that fit the nature of these disputes, represented in the speed, confidentiality and low costs, and bodies were established to supervise it, and the effectiveness of Electronic arbitration regarding the mandatory implementation of its decision by the multiplicity of means of implementation, especially the mechanisms of self-implementation of electronic arbitration decisions.
