الملخص
تحظى افريقيا بأعلى معدلات وجود لعمالة الاطفال عالميا و الأقل استقرارًا على المستوى الاقتصادي ،و تهافت الاطفال على سوق العمل مؤشر كبير على شرخ اجتماعي خطير و مشكلة ذات ابعاد سوسيو اقتصادية في المجتمع الجزائري التي دفعت الاطفال للعمل ، كما تعد جريمة اخلاقية تحرمهم من طفولتهم وتضر بنموهم البدني والعقلي ، أهم أسبابها الفقر ،الظروف الاجتماعية الأسرية،التسرب المدرسي وغيرها ،و كشفت آخر دراسة حول الظاهرة قامت بها الهيئة الجزائرية لتطوير الصحة وترقية البحث "فورام" ،عن تواجد مليون طفل عامل في الجزائر ويزيد هذا العدد بـ 300 ألف طفل أيام العطل والمناسبات ،كما كشف أحدث تقرير لمنظمة العمل الدولية عن 13 مليون طفل عامل في الدول العربية ،تحتل الجزائر فيها المرتبة الأولى بـ 1.8 مليون طفل عامل ،بينهم 1.3 مليون تراوح أعمارهم بين 6 و 13 سنة من ضمنهم 56٪ من الإناث و28٪ من الذكور لا يتعدى سنهم ـ15 سنة ،وهذا العمل تقديم تحليلي و قراءة سوسيولوجية عن اهم اسباب ظاهرة عمالة الاطفال و النتائج المترتبة عليها ،لايجاد الطرق و الحلول المناسبة للعلاج. The latest study on the phenomenon carried out by the Algerian Authority for Health Development and Research Promotion "FORAM" revealed the presence of one million working children in Algeria, and this number increases by 300 thousand children on holidays and occasions, as revealed by the latest report For the International Labor Organization, about 13 million working children in the Arab countries, Algeria ranks first with 1.8 million child workers, of whom 1.3 million are between 6 and 13 years old, of whom 56% are females and 28% are males whose age does not exceed 15 years, and we will try Provide a sociological analysis and reading about the most important causes of the phenomenon of child labor and the consequences thereof, in order to find appropriate methods and solutions.
