قراءة في الأسباب والآثار النفسية لعمالة الطفل Reading On The Causes And Psychological Effects Of Child Labor.

الملخص
تُشكّل ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال آثارا سلبية على التنمية الاجتماعية؛ كونها تضعف إمكانيات وقدرات جيل المستقبل، وتؤثر على تنمية الموارد البشرية وقدراتها التنموية، إذ تترك هذه الظاهرة آثار سلبية للغاية، تنعكس على النمو السوي والسليم لبنية الطفل النفسية، لأنه ما يزال غير مؤهل جسديا ونفسيا لولوج عالم الشغل. وتسعى هذه الورقة البحثية، إلى توضيح أهم الأسباب النفسية والاجتماعية، التي تدفع بالطفل لولوج عالم الشغل، وكذا رصد أهم الآثار السلبية النفسية والاجتماعية، التي تترتب على عمالة الأطفال، والتي من شأنها تدمير بنيتهم النفسية في مرحلة الشباب؛ وجعلهم أشباه رجال في المستقبل. Summary: The phenomenon of child labor has negative effects on social development because it weakens the potential and capabilities of the future generation and affects the development of human resources and its development capacities. This phenomenon has a very negative impact on the natural and the healthy growth of the child's psychological structure, because he is still physically and psychologically incapable of entering the World of Work. This paper seeks to clarify the most important psychological and social causes that push the child to enter the world of work, as well as monitoring the most important psychological and social negative effects of child labor, which will destroy their psychological structure in youth and make them semi-men in the future.
